In some cases, Hewlett Packard Inc from its Head Office in the US enters into support agreements with various Fortune 500 companies at the Corporate Head Office level to cover support for all of each particular organization’s offices all around the world. To be able to effectively deliver on this support service, HP uses its most trusted Business Partners in particular countries where this service needs to be delivered and HP does not have a very strong support structure on ground. In recognition of INTERGLOBAL LIMITED as the Authorized Business Partner in Nigeria with the most Certified/qualified HP Engineers, HP sub-contracted the Global Hardware and Software Support Services agreement delivery in Nigeria for Microsoft, Motorola and Ericsson to INTERGLOBAL LIMITED from January 2003 through October 2005.

While various governments have made attempts at privatizing the different government parastatals that were creating a drain on the nations scarce resources, it was only when the new democratically elected government came into power that it decided to finally get serious and privatize these organizations.
